2.1 We sell fine jewellery, including bespoke, made-to-order, and ready-to-wear items.
2.2 Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance only. Minor variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of precious materials and the handmade nature of our products.
3. Orders
3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion prior to acceptance.
3.3 Once an order is accepted and production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.
4. Bespoke and Made-to-Order Items
4.1 Bespoke and made-to-order items are created specifically to your individual specifications.
4.2 In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to personalised or bespoke goods.
4.3 Accordingly, all bespoke and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once production has commenced.
4.4 You are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details submitted at the time of order are accurate.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Prices may change at any time without notice.
5.3 Full payment is required at the time of placing an order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.4 We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment has not been received.
6. Production Timeframes
6.1 Production timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6.2 Delays caused by suppliers, logistics providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events shall not constitute a breach of contract.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery times are estimates only.
7.2 Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address specified.
7.3 International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for return in accordance with statutory consumer rights, unless otherwise stated.
8.2 Bespoke and made-to-order items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
9. Faulty or Defective Goods
9.1 Claims for defects must be notified to us within a reasonable time after discovery.
9.2 We reserve the right to inspect any alleged faulty goods before agreeing to any remedy.
10. Care and Wear
