Manerio Jewels ships within the United Kingdom and internationally. This policy sets out our delivery terms and conditions.
Processing & Production
Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.
Ready-to-wear items are typically dispatched within [insert timeframe, e.g. 1–3 working days].
Bespoke and made-to-order items require production prior to dispatch. Production timeframes are provided at the time of order and are estimates only.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, service level, and order value.
Insurance & Risk
All shipments are insured until delivery is confirmed at the address provided by the client.
Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the item passes to the recipient.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
Delivery Address
Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the client.
Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a delivery is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, the client may be responsible for any additional shipping costs and storage fees.
Lost or Damaged Items
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date so that we can investigate and assist.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

This policy outlines the terms under which returns and exchanges may be accepted.
Bespoke and Made-to-Order Items
All bespoke and made-to-order items are created specifically to the client’s individual specifications.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and bespoke goods are exempt from the statutory right to cancel.
Accordingly, bespoke and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has commenced.
Ready-to-Wear Items
Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

The item must be returned with all original packaging and documentation.

The client is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance unless the item is faulty.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within a reasonable time of receipt so that we may assess and advise on the appropriate remedy.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered at our discretion for eligible ready-to-wear items only, subject to availability.
Bespoke and made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange
Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us prior to sending any item back so that we can provide instructions and authorisation.
Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
International Returns
International clients are responsible for any customs charges, duties, or taxes associated with returning items.
